MIG 315 MMA device is a professional semi-automatic welding machine powered from a three-phase 400V network with a maximum welding current of 315A.
The power source was built in inverter technology using IGBT transistors, which translates into reduced electromagnetic interference, low power losses, increased efficiency and reliability of the power source, and significantly reduced power consumption.

- MMA - stick welding (rutile, alkaline, acidic),
- FCAW - welding with self-shielded wire - (change the polarity in the welder: minus (-) on the welding gun, plus (+) on the ground!),
- POINT - Timed welding function, used for tacking workpieces, thanks to which it is possible to obtain an even length of weld seams.
It is designed for all kinds of welding work in locksmith workshops, repair shops, industrial workshops, factories, etc.
The offered semi-automatic machine is made in inverter technology, equipped with a digital display of welding current and voltage and synergic control - this function automatically selects welding parameters, while adjusting the voltage, the wire feed speed is selected automatically.
The MIG 315 MMA device has the ability to adjust the inductance, which optimizes the dynamic characteristics of the arc depending on the thickness of the welded material. The inductance value affects the shape of the weld, its width, the depth of penetration and the number of spatters. The semi-automatic machine is dedicated to welding low-carbon steel, low-alloy steel, alloy steel, aluminum and its alloys.
The device has smooth adjustment of welding parameters, it is equipped with an overload thermal protection system, preventing excessive overheating. The welder is equipped with a professional 4-roller wire feeder with a "euro connector" socket, which allows you to connect various types of welding torches and output to a gas heater.
